There are a lot of Thai restaurants in the Berkeley area. Racha Cafe is one of them, and even though it’s located a bit farther than the rest, the extra block is worth it.
Unlike your typical Asian Ghetto variant, Racha Cafe is spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. There’s even a banquet room in the back for all your group dinner needs.
I ordered their Pad Thai and Thai Ice Tea, my default meal when I try out a new Thai place. Pretty good. Plus, the portions were huge. I finished the entire order and downed the ice tea. Will be coming back very soon.
