ISTP Language Translations

Ha – was lurking on the ISTP forum when I came across this posting. Very, very true for people of my personality type.

“Sometimes the language and emotions of the ISTP can be very confusing to their Feeler counterparts. In light of this, allow me to clear some things up.

ISTP TRANSLATIONS

I don’t care
Translation: I don’t care

It doesn’t matter
Translation: It doesn’t matter

You decide whatever you want.
Translation: You decide whatever you want.

I’m not upset
Translation: I’m not upset

I didn’t notice
Translation: I didn’t notice

I’m fine staying home
Translation: I’m fine staying home

I’m tired, I’m going to go to bed.
Translation: I’m tired, I’m going to bed.

Hopefully this helps clear up some of the confusion.”
